I love this picture - I wish I could some how incorporate this picture into this mock grant I am writing... it could encompass the whole public education methods section and would include me just walking around showing people this picture.
The best part is that his shirt is tied into a bow like girls used to do in the early 90's. Is this some style I am not familiar with?
